Do I have to pay for this?

No. The PoolAxis app is free for pool owners — your service company pays for the platform. You just get the benefit.

Do I have to use the app?

Not at all. If you prefer email or text, your service can keep doing that — but the records are still there if you ever want them.

My pool company doesn’t use PoolAxis. Can I switch?

You’d need a service that uses PoolAxis. We’re available across Australia and New Zealand — drop us a line and we’ll do our best to point you to a local operator.

Where does my data live?

Your data belongs to you. It’s stored securely in Australian and New Zealand data centres, and you can request a full export or deletion any time.
